Manuscript Format

1. Manuscripts should be prepated according to IEEE conference format.

2. The word and latex templates for IEEE conference format can be found at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

3. The total number of pages in submitted manuscripts should not exceed 8 pages.

4. Manuscripts should be submitted in pdf form.

Submission

1. First create a user account using the link below

   http://inct-scoop.org/registration.php

2. After creation of the user account you can login using your e-mail and password, and submit your manuscript using the link below. Please assure that your manuscript is in conference format. If it is not in conference format it will be rejected initially.

Conference Fee Payment

1. If your paper is accepted you can pay the conference fee using the link below

   http://inct-scoop.org/payment.html

2. After payment of the conference fee, You can join in the conference.
