Notes
• Each accepted paper must be registered in Packet-1 Registration fee.
• If multiple papers are accepted, each paper
should be registered at Packet-1 Registration fee.
• In the case of multi-authored papers, at least one author must register at the Packet-1 Registration fee.
• Other authors may register in Packet-2, Packet-3 or Packet-4 registration fees.
• Cancellation should be made by August 25 for 85% refund. It is not refundable after August 25, 2012.
